Summary: The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for family. I would suggest having a listing of nearby grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. as the area is mainly residential. A grill out back for BBQ would be nice as well. But we were very pleased with the house. Friendly neighbors.

Summary: The house was nice and the beds were comfortable. We had a party of 9 and we fit comfortably. Even though the hallway bathroom wasn't completely clean, I would rent the property again. I was easy to check in and located in a nice quite area. I would ask next time for the owner to provide extra paper towels, toilet paper, and washing detergent, I had to go out and purchase.

Summary: When we arrived the floors were dirty. There were no trash bags or a trash can liner in the trash can. There was trash in the can on the floor. After texting the number given at check in letting them know the situation they said someone would contact me. I got a call the next day and they were sending out the cleaning crew. I specifically said there were no trash bags and can liner. They said they would take care of it Returned back that evening. Floors were clean. Still no yrash bags or can liner. I notified again via text and was told Im so sorry someone will reach out. They never did. This property is also double listed on VRBO and Vacasa. Was about 200 more on VRBO. Wont stay here again

Summary: The house was clean and spacious, plenty of room for the 6 adults we had staying there. The beds were comfortable and the foosball table was an instant hit! We were even allowed to check in a couple hours early which really helped with our tight schedule. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: House was clean and a decent stay, it was nice there was an available option to wash clothes- with detergent available. They also did provide shampoo and conditioner! I’m always very disappointed when there isn’t coffee and creamer, even the cheapest hotel will provide that to you. Buying a small bag of coffee nearby was $13. I also thought they could have provided salt and pepper- a seasoning i usually do not expect to bring to a house that already has utensils and other basic cooking items. My husband was disappointed there wasn’t a grill, although i understand one is not shown in the extremely empty backyard. Overall good place, probably wouldn’t select again,
