2 Bedroom Condo in Point East, New Smyrna Beach

Updated 2BR/2BA condo on non-driving part of New Smyrna Beach. This ground floor unit is directly next to pool and just steps from the beach. No worrying with carrying beach chairs, tents and umbrellas up elevators or stairs. Parking is also convenient with spaces right outside your front door. We are located in a family friendly complex next to a public park with basketball and raquetball courts that are enjoyed by our guests year round.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice/water in door as well as small appliances such as coffee maker, blender & crockpot. There are TVs in every room with a 50' HDTV and DVD player in the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private door to the patio. There are 2 full size beds in guest room. Both the master bedroom and living room have views of the pool and ocean. The unit also comes with its own high-speed internet access.
For your safety and privacy, we're located on the desirable NO-DRIVE area of the beach with miles and miles of white sandy beach for your enjoyment.

Summary: Connie is a great hostess. Everything was as described and very clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Unfortunately Hurricane Nicole cut our stay short. Definatly will stay there next year!!

Summary: Loved the location of condo. Very convenient to pool and access to beach. Bed were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Had plenty of towels. Bedroom closets were a little cluttered with "beach stuff" but we managed. Would recommend to others and would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We came into town for a month with our 3 kids and loved this location. Being on the first floor with children is so wonderful and the community at this condo is friendly. Our two younger kids made friends with many of the tenants who rent year over year. Safe area close to everything , comfortable master bed. The only thing that needs to be updated is the knives and a few of the pans were really warped and needed updating but no big deal and we loved our stay! Connie has done a wonderful job!

Summary: Our family loved our week at the beach. The location is ideal—the beach is steps away and the pool is right out the sliding doors (however the pool heater was not working so it was chilly). Our morning walks on the beach while the sun came up were a great way to start the day. Connie was great with communication and the check in/out process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Point East. It is a lovely complex on a beautiful stretch of beach. The condo had everything we needed and made our trip very enjoyable.

Summary: Connie was amazing to deal with and she has a beautiful condo that is located on the 1st floor. So, so nice. The complex is an older complex, but it was pristine. The employees, maintenance, ground keepers take much pride in their work and it shows! The two down sides of the complex and neither was in Connie’s control was the fact that the pool was absolutely freezing, like the coldest pool i have heard been in. I couldn’t get past my thighs. My kids who love to swim was very disappointed and didn’t spend much time in it because of it. There was no hot tub either. That is my only complaint! Pointe East the price of renting these units, you need to heat the pool to at least a tolerable temperature. Connie, thank you for a fabulous week!

Summary: We love Point East Condo and how family friendly it is! We have stayed at the condos several times but this is the first time we have stayed in the same condo twice and are already trying to book it again. Connie was very easy to work with and provided all details needed and the proximity to the pool is fantastic!
