A vacant lot is between the house and the beach, so nothing impedes that fantastic view. Access to the beach is also quite simple, with a pedestrian crossing at Hwy 98 and a beach ramp winding its way to the sand.
The newly built, 2 bedroom/2 bath duplex has a simple design maximizing comfort and space. Entirely on the ground level, you will never need to walk up a set of stairs. The living area is an open space with a short hallway separating it from the two bedrooms. Each bedroom features a private bathroom with a shower, a small deck, and a TV.
