OVERVIEW: Spacious and clean ground-level condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is less than 2 miles from Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk & Downtown Rehoboth Beach. Enjoy the lovely screened-in porch, or hang out by one of the three community pools (pools open one week before Memorial Day weekend and close one week after Labor Day). Beautiful, well-appointed kitchen, excellent open concept perfect for entertaining, and within walking distance to restaurants.
LOCATION: This is an ideal location for a quiet beach visit but still close enough to all the benefits of downtown Rehoboth Beach or Dewey Beach. Three tax-free Tanger Outlets are within 2-3 miles of the condo, or you can walk to Big Fish Grill, Red White and Basil, Blue Coast, etc.
PARKING: There is plenty of parking, with overflow and six vehicle charging stations accessed through the Blink App for a fee.
AMENITIES: The property has a full washer and dryer, community tennis courts and pickleball courts accessible to guests, three community pools, all within walking distance, and plenty of parking. Public transportation (DART) has a beach bus stop only a few blocks away.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation. Looking for a partial stay or a longer stay. We can accommodate!. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package. This is a non-smoking condo, and due to HOA restrictions, pets are not allowed.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summary: We loved it as soon as we opened the front door and saw the Keith Haring area rug! (We are from close to his hometown) The unit was clean, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds. The screened in patio with a ceiling fan and twinkle lights was really nice and a good safe place to keep our bikes. Loved that it was so close to the pool. The surrounding area was so nice to take a walk, play tennis, or even pickle ball! We took the close by bike trail into Lewes one day and took the Lewes Ferry to Cape May another day! The village is close to many beaches, but the location is quiet and friendly. Several restaurants like Big Fish Grill and Red, White and Basil are walkable. We would definitely go there again!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property. The Remax agent arrived in minutes when I had trouble checking in (my fault not theirs). The condo was spotless and I had no issues to report on arrival. We did notice that the front toilet runs if you don’t jiggle the handle. My only complaint is that the listing didn’t specify all the amenities provided in the condo. For instance had I known a crockpot was included, I wouldn’t have packed one. I was also surprised to find a keurig and would have packed K cups had I known about it. This is a perfect condo for a small group or family. We love our stay!
