This is a brand new 1 bed room, 1 bathroom ground level private suite with a separate entrance in a custom built house in Langley Murrayville situated in a quiet beautiful neighbourhood.
This is suitable for 1 person or 2 people. Ideal for regular travellers, bachelors, people on work assignments etc. If you are a student first time in Canada you will feel very comfortable, safe and secure because itโs gated and completely private. Itโs very close to the Langley Hospital, Langley Airport etc. Wifi, electricity, heating and all utilities are included.
Suite is completely separate, private and not shared with anyone. The ground level suite has a private separate entrance exclusively for the suite. Entrance to the suite is not shared with the main house. It's completely private. You can have access anytime and can leave anytime as and when you wish.
Bed room has a comfortable queen bed with a pillow top mattress and dressing table.
There is a separate dining area with a small kitchenette with a hot plate, microwave, Fridge, coffee maker, porcelain dinnerware, kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery
