Summary: We had a wonderful vacation at the Grove Hotel. We stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms with 3 ladies and 3 gentlemen. Everyone had a good time. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly and inviting. We enjoyed an afternoon poolside with drinks from the bar, followed by coffee at the bar in the morning. You can rent umbrellas and chairs for the beach from the store if you don't bring your own. Spending the night in Cherry Grove is the best!

Summary: Staff was very friendly, but the room was not up to par. Floors were not very clean, lots of sand/grime got on my feet, even when we first walked in. I understand the hotel recommended slippers but this level of grime was not okay. Internet did not work on any of my devices for the first day, though that was very quickly remedied. What was particularly disappointing was getting back to our room late at night to find that we did not have hot water for our shower. We tried contacting the help desk and were met with voicemail twice. Given the fact my girlfriend and I were already cold, having an extra cold shower before going to sleep was unacceptable. Small thing, but when I went to drop off my keys, the receptionist didn't even ask how my stay was. Very grateful for the location and atmosphere, but incredibly disappointed with the hotel quality and I do not recommend.

Summary: I really enjoyed my 2 night stay at the Grove Hotel. Customer Service was great, the room that I stayed in was comfortable, clean, and in good condition. The window includes shades for your privacy. The bathroom in this room is also clean. However, I find the shower quite narrow and having a little trouble moving around for my size. Other than that, I had no other problems. You'll also get AC in the room with a remote. Outside of the hotel, you have an outdoor pool, a gift shop and a bar/club just around the corner. I am happy with Grove Hotel and will come back again in the future.

Summary: A wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel. Thank you so much. I hope we’re back some day. Overall feed back is positive. Points to note: the aircon in our room was very noisy and we didn’t get housekeeping (but we were only there for 2 nights so didn’t really matter). We didn’t mention either point as we weren’t overly bothered!
