Positive: Everything was almost perfect, location excellent near the beach and a small marina with lots of choices for meals, shops etc.
Negative: A bit expensive for this level of hotel, probably because of high season, but most evidently it should cost less due to its a bit old facilities etc. Also, once there was an electricity cut which left the whole area including the hotel without electricity supply, eventually without water supply, air conditioning etc, for more than 2 hours , quite hard in these conditions with a small child ...

Positive: Friendly and happy staff, always willing to help. Great and different breakfast every morning with so many options! Views are great, 2 balconies in the apartment one looking at the Cala and the other at open ocean. They lent us a beach umbrella that other guests have left behind upon request. Pools were immaculate. Truly 3 minutes walk to the Cala beach. A super tasty ice cream shop 50 mts from the hotel. A/C worked great and there is an elevator. Plenty of towels. Mini fridge available.
Negative: The pillows were not the best, we did not ask for others maybe they had other options. The fruit offered at breakfast seemed frozen not super tasty honestly.
Summary: Great stay, we would come back no doubt!

Positive: The breakfast room was amazing, the variety, refilled regularly even if you come later in the morning. The highlight of the breakfast room was the lady preparing pancakes and omelettes, I loved it, she did an amazing job every day and always smiling. The location is great, the pool sites and the entire hotel venue look nice. The size if our suite was quite generous and the direct sea view lovely. Own sun umbrella and pool chairs on the suite terrace.
Negative: Some of the room equipment is really worn out or even has large holes, such as the curtains or the sofa. The sofa itself really needs to be replaced, it was very uncomfortable, too soft, the fake leather damaged and totally unpleasant to touch or sit on it, especially in hot days. The curtains have stains and mold on them. Windows were hard to open/close. No dish soap and sponge in the kitchenette. There is a safe available in the room but one has to pay extra to be allowed to use it! I have never seen anything like this in any other hotel. I hated it especially knowing our suite was on the ground floor directly on the coastal path without any fence, so anyone could come in or break into our room. The kitchenette has only very tiny working space on the desk and even this was occupied by microwave oven. The bathtub is too high and slippery, making it difficult to get in to shower while moving along the glass wall... some handle would be useful to avoid slipping. Communication with the front desk was not always easy going or pleasant. Once we had an issue in our room, somehow I had a feeling they tried to doubt it. Another day we found a bottle of wine and a fruit plate as a welcome gift obviously for some regular visitors. We brought it back to the reception and they even didn't bother to say sorry for the mistake or to thank us we gave it back.
