Positive: Great location, in a 10 minute walk from the sea and next to the lake. Calm neighbourhood, but close to the center of the town. The closest shop in 7 minutes by foot. You will have the full house for yourself. In the courtyard, you can prepare barbecue - grills are provided at the venue. Great value for money.
