Positive: The very best thing about this small apartment is the view, simply stunning. Plus, every morning I got to see pilgrims passing right in front of the house on Napoleon Road on their way to Roncesvalles. Well equipped. No smell inside. Nice heating. Comfortable. Great location for pilgrims starting out since you already have a 2 km lead in the morning. Nicely priced.
Negative: I never met the manager in person. Communication by texting only. I didn't want to bother them. I wish I would have had better instructions where the apartment is located since there is no house number. The owner said it was the apt. on the left, while it was the right. I was caught in a downpour trying to figure out where to go. I only found the matches for the gas stove on the second day, but it was too late. No instructions on how to use the clothes washer, so did not use it. It's +/- 2 km from town. But it was not an issue for me. Lots of flies inside, but that can be expected when the windows have no screens.

Positive: When we rose early to hike the first day on the Camino, we were already a mile and a half up the Pyrenees ! Great way to start. It was a treat to watch pilgrims heading up the mountain in the dark before daybreak .
Negative: Only a 1/5 of a roll of toilet paper. Ran out and still have a night left.
