Positive: Staff Real helpful. Put my bag in storage before check in and after check out so I could travel around. Gave tips on what to do in the area . How to move around and all. Where a good places to eat.

Positive: the complex with the inner patio is just magnificent, its really quiet and the view from the rooftop (we rented the house a few days earlier with friends, before my stay alone there) is beautiful. the staff, cleaning service and especially Yagil are very welcoming and can help you with every request even without being able to speak spanish. the double room i stayed alone in is perfect size and most important the tap water in the complex is treated so its safe to use for brushing teeth etc. that otherwise can be a problem in San Cris. Another good tip is to go on a tour with Yagil in the jungle/mountains dont miss that out!! free water, EXCELENT WIFI!!

Negative: nothing actually, everything was resolved by the host and i cant think of sth that bothered me

Summary: Very nice complex, superior host, staff and service; excellent WIFI and overall a hot tip there!

Positive: The location was great, about a 10 minute walk from the downtown plaza. Breakfast was basic: eggs, coffee, tea, bread, jam, Nutella, fresh fruit. The room was sparking. Vicki and Susana kept the grounds and the rooms spotless. They were very pleasant and helpful.

Negative: There is not an on-site person there 24 hours to make sure people are not making too much noise after 10 p.m. It was only one night but it was annoying to be jolted awake from the noise level at almost midnight and later from a large group who were having loud conversation and laughter in the patio area. I was even wearing ear plugs and it woke me up and continued for quite some time.

Summary: Overall, if I were to travel to San Cristóbal again, I would stay here again.

Positive: Cozy house next to the Main Street and points of interest. The room was very cozy! Loved the shared areas, specially the garden as it is very chill and green. The staff was super nice and welcome :) will recommend to stay there
