Positive: The location is very well positioned in the city center,parking is also possible, there is a public parking near the building which seems pretty safe.The room is large,clean and very well equipped.

Negative: The missing information, it was not clear from the check in link how to enter the appartment. We arrived without any indication where to park, how the enter the building and then the apartment. We called the number from the booking and no one answer, we wrote and finally we got an answer but just in Italian. We got a link and some options to unlock 2 building doors and then the apartment itself. Very confusing and without proper information.

Positive: On the positive side, the room itself was comfortable, well furnished, and quite spacious. It had everything I needed for my stay. The location was also very convenient—close to all the main activities yet situated in a quiet, peaceful area. The staff was also very helpful and always willing to assist when needed.

Negative: One of the main issues for me was the high level of automation in the room. Having to rely on an app to open and close the doors, as well as to operate the air conditioning, felt inconvenient rather than helpful. Instead of adding comfort, it made simple tasks more complicated. On top of that, the room felt quite cold, and despite my attempts to adjust the temperature through the app, I wasn’t able to warm it up properly. Unfortunately, these aspects affected my overall comfort during the stay.

Summary: A comfortable stay in a quiet area with very helpful staff, though the room’s automation wasn’t idea

Positive: The rooms it was very good. Nothing to complain about.

Negative: It is hard to find the rooms. It was confusing to find the front door of the stay. And choose between a lot's of doors. But in total, it was very good stay.

Positive: You get everything you need for a stay overnight. Located nicely beside the church in the oldtown.

Negative: All navigation systems lead you to the main entrance of the building. However, the entrance for the apartment is on the backside and to get there you have to drive through the oldtown on narrow streets for more than a kilometer. A hint or a little map from the owner would be helpful. You get an electronic key to access the apartment. Again, a little more explanations preferable in English could help a lot.
