Positive: It was very cozy, price was great. Lyubo and his mom were exceptional. It was our first time visiting Bansko and they helped us with everything. Lyubo even gave us Ski Passes so we could charge them and we didnt have to make the huge line to get the passes. Breakfast was amazing, way more than what we expected. We went during winter and it was really cozy inside and we had a balcony in case we wanted to chill. Great location, we rented a car so we had a market like 3 mins away and the lift was like 5-7 mins away. Keep in mind if you reserve here you also have 20% discount on Method Snow School and they are really great also. Again, Thanks Lyubo everything was fantastic

Negative: Only snaffu we had was with the shower. Dont get me wrong it was hot water and great after a day outside but the water got out a little and we would get a puddle in the bathroom. It would go away after half an hour maybe less but really nothing to worry about.

Positive: Lubo and Natalia were amazing. They offered to drive us from and to the bus station + the ski rental shop. As guests we also hat a very good price for the ski equipment. The free jacuzzi and sauna were a perfect way to finish your ski day. Will be back.

Positive: The room was big and clean. They also served the best breakfast. The hosts are very accommodating. A 20-min walk to the gondola but not an issue because we enjoyed walking and I believe they also offer free shuttle upon request depending on availability.

Positive: I stayed at Chicho Tsane twice, with a group of tourists, and we had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent—not right in the crowded tourist center, which made it even better while still providing easy access to the slopes. The breakfast was varied, and the staff was friendly, which added to our overall experience. The sauna and the jacuzzi was included to our stay, after full days of ski, was great. A very good choice for a ski vacation in Bansko, especially for groups!
