Positive: We are staying in this beautiful house for the second time already, and we truly love it. The house consists of two separate apartments - the first and second floors. The first floor includes 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and a cozy kitchen fully equipped with everything you may need. The second floor offers 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a large kitchen/living area with comfortable sofas and all necessary kitchen amenities. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners. In total, the house can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay here. The garden is very beautiful, with lovely plants everywhere, and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. We also liked the guesthouse. It has nice, clean rooms with private bathrooms

Positive: Wonderful Stay Near the Beach in Batumi We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Batumi. The location is excellent, just about 200 meters from the beach, with several shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. There is also a bus stop only 150 meters away, making it very convenient to reach the city center, about 10 minutes or 6 km by car. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well equipped. Each room has its own private bathroom with a shower, which made our stay extra convenient. The kitchen includes a sink, refrigerator, and microwave, and there is even a washing machine available, perfect for longer stays. We especially loved the private lockable driveway and the lovely garden with a seating area where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. Everything was clean, quiet, and felt very safe. Overall, this place is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful stay close to the beach, with great amenities and easy access to everything Batumi has to offer. Highly recommended!
