Positive: The location was so peaceful and relaxing. We couldnt have asked for better hosts. I stayed there with my 3 teens and my brother. Upon arrival greeted by Flora she showed us around then sat us down for dinner. Then her husband appeared and the raki was flowing. The language barrier is not a problem everyone was able to have conversations and lots of laughs. In the morning they were up and ready for us to have coffee with them and then we were given a delicious breakfast. I would recommend everyone to stay here

Positive: It’s really amazing place, you can feel like in the XX century and you feel how people were living in Albania a hundred years ago, it gives great experience. Hosts are truly hospitable and good for you, despite the fact that they don’t speak English.

Negative: In the middle of the night electricity stopped working so it was quite cold in the room as we were there in January. Road to this place is also pretty dangerous and in the dark it’s really difficult to get there if you don’t have a jeep. I would give this place 10/10 grade but at the end of the stay hosts told me that 25€ (the price on the booking) is the booking price and he takes another 50€ for some “other” services. I didn’t want to create a conflict so we gave him 100USD instead (we didn’t have another euro with us). So that made our experience not really pleasant at the end. Other than that it was okay.

Summary: It was fine, could be better.

Positive: One of the highlights of our trip in Albania! The house is a really beautiful old house and Nonda and Flora are the most warm and welcoming hosts, it really reminded me of visiting my own grandparents in the countryside. They offered us a delicious dinner made entirely from local ingredients, and make sure to eat a lot, because afterwards the raki starts flowing... I would love to visit again and stay for more than one night, to explore more of the surrounding area and share more stories with Nonda and Flora.

Positive: Amazing place! The owner was super friendly, and the house feels like an old castle. Also, the surroundings are very beautiful. A really lovely traditional breakfast. The road to get there is a bit adventurous but doable even in a small car.

Positive: The family who runs this place was extremely friendly, and the price for everything we got (Gliko, breakfast, comfortable beds, hospitality) was very good. Beautiful house, very interesting for us who love dry-stonewalls. The kid speaks very good English.

Negative: The road to the guesthouse is a bit in bad condition. I do not recommend getting here with a very low car (we managed without 4x4 but it would be easier with it).
