Summary: The Glendale is a very nice, clean house. We ate our meals in the dining room, where there was a beautiful buffet. We were greeted with a platter of delicious homemade cookies and a kind note. The gesture was warm, welcoming, and comforting. The house was spacious enough for us, and the two bathrooms were nice to have, with plenty of towels at our disposal. The owner left neat little notes around the kitchen and living room that helped to tell us what needed to be done and to know the owner was close by being a phone call away should we have questions or needs. This house is in a neighborhood with unique characteristics - a rooster that roosted early in the morning (but sounded more like an ailing dog), dogs that barked until they didn't, and friendly neighbors. We enjoyed our stay at the Glendale House. We would gladly come back for another stay.

Summary: Contacted day prior to vacation, with a mix up of check out time. It stated 11am when booked, contacted by host and asked to check out at 9am. We checked out prior to 9:30am (no small refund offered or even a thank you for checking out early). Greeted with a personal note and cookies. Pictures and other reviews accurate. Easy check-in process.

Summary: The house was nice and very clean. It was in a great location for us, the only complaint that we had was the beds were pretty uncomfortable.
