Negative: Very small bathroom, also not clean. Would have been nice if the heating was turned on before we arrived because we had few pretty cold hours after arrival.

Positive: Beautiful view. Nice rooms. Probably for elder people (75-80+) will be not so suitable, because if you don't use car to go to Devin center (it is on 10 minutes walk), there are steep stairs, when you go back to house.
