Positive: Everything!We returned at the end of our trip prior to returning home, and we were greeted like family members! An early morning start meant missing breakfast, so sandwiches and a piece of fruit was left for us.

Positive: The staff is wonderful - very kind and friendly. Good proximity to the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and not far from the Metro. The neighborhood is excellent. It's a first class guest house.

Positive: I liked the girl at the reception, she was very friendly. The location is convenient, and the area is quiet and peaceful.

Negative: The owner closed the hotel in the evening, and I had to stay in the city for work, so I couldn't get to the hotel right away. I had to stand outside in the cold until they woke up and opened the doors. On top of that, they criticized me for arriving late at the hotel, which was at the very least impolite. Besides, there was no mention of a time restriction for entering the hotel. The bathroom and the room both had a terrible sewage smell. They didn't offer Wi-Fi during check-in. The breakfast was not tasty, and you couldn't choose what to eat; you had to eat what they provided.

Summary: I wouldn't come here again.
