Positive: The guesthouse is clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay.
Negative: We felt that this place try’s to extract as much money as possible out of your stay. As soon as we checked in they asked about booking a table in the restaurant as there was nowhere else close (fair enough) they then said do you want breakfast as it’s not included in the price (but it is a B&B) that’s correct they said but you need to pay extra for breakfast 🤔. When the evening meal bill came the visitor tax had been added to the bill, when we said it was included in the booking price, he was having none of it. The waiter then went to the owner twice to make sure the room had been paid, before we left the restaurant. Needless to say after that experience we didn’t have breakfast and left early. It is a same as the facility’s are faultless.
Summary: The only B&B I’ve ever stayed at, where you have to pay extra for breakfast

Positive: The location is very good, in the center of Arosio. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is good.
Negative: The path to the Hotel (where the checking and breakfast is) is through a narrow road with some cars, which is not very safe. There's an alternative path without cars but not suitable if you come with a baby stroller. In any case, that's not the Hotel's fault, but something to take into account..

Positive: Spacious, good seats, a silent fridge, comfortable bed with small and large cushions as you prefer. A good breakfast at the hotel nearby.
Negative: Reception and breakfast are a bit far when you are on foot (we were), with a car no issue.
