Positive: The location is nice a well as the restaurant. We picked this accommodation because of the football/basketball field.
Negative: We heard the neighborhoods upstairs each night. We could not sleep till 1 AM or so... The football field was one of the main reasons for our stay, and it was not in good condition / well-maintained... Only a single electric socket in each room, badly accessible, and used for a lamp. We could either charge the phone or use the lamp. Not very good.
Summary: The stay was good, not qiuet, but not bad. Nice location. Kind personel.
