Positive: Good location, 30mins by walk from Zürich Hauptbahnof, close to Langstrasse; Coop and Lidl market right around the corner. It's in a dynamic area but it's very quiet. Nice and large apartment with everything you need - kitchen, coffee machine, kettle, microwave etc. The apartment was at the second floor; there's a restaurant at the ground floor but I didn't hear any disturbing noises or smells as other customers mentioned.
Negative: Only 2 towels and 1 small bottle of soap, which might be enough only for 2 nights.

Positive: Good location, next to a station and modern / pleasant furniture, in the bathroom too.
Negative: There was a “thump” noise every 30 secs to a minute, I don’t know if it was the train. But even when I didn’t see it, it still happened. Whether is early morning all the way to 3-5am. Odd. Internet wasn’t working when I got there, so I had to pay extra for my eSIM, when I tried to get help, they said that they would solve it asap, but they didn’t. Shower leaked a bit of water.
Summary: Not my cup of tea, felt weird even tho it was modern

Positive: Location was quite good, interesting area. 2 -3 klm to main sights
Negative: There was none of the following that was advertised in booking Iron Conditioner  Body soap No bottle water No wine glasses Just a frying pan, no pots or anything else There was just one small shampoo provided for the 3 nights I was, am also confused how they advertise "private entrance", when everyone else uses same entrance into building  May as well call the door to a train carriage a "private entrance" I also question if l got the room l paid for Concerning that if one has issues with key card of an evening there is no way of contacting anyone, you are homeless for the night You need be very quick when typing your information on the toych screen to notice the room number that flashes up for a second  I came across someone who didn't notice the room number and he seemed to be trying all the doors to see which one opened There's no room number on the key card you get (hopefully) I contacted "customer service" but l never got a reply as well As stated hopeless pillow, may as well use your sock, that's about same thickness as pillow Couldn't close shower screen doors properly  Also no internet, you would think for the price it would be included  Staff, is there any

Positive: Everything was fantastic - the location easy check in warm room hot water cleanliness comfortable bed well equipped kitchenette spacious flat in provided dish washer - and well thought through
Negative: To have Netflix would have been nice but that's not here nor there

Positive: As described space wise. Very close to co op for daily sundries. Ample bins provided. Would be good if kitchen paper towel could be provided and long life milk for just day 1
Negative: Lack of air circulation even with the windows open. The fan provided didn’t even blow beyond 30cm when requested for a change I got no response from the management team about it.
Summary: Good place - height of summer lack of air circulation and fan is bit hard
