2 Bedroom House in Austin

A wonderful get away with the convenience to shopping, restaurants and town. 15 minutes from Austin and 10 minutes from Dripping Springs come stay in our rustic guest house. The house is decorated with authentic cowboy gear (most that we actually used at one time). Come experience good country living and stay conveniently close to town.
Your house is 950 sq feet, with all the amenities. It has a full kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals for your family, including a large outdoor smoker. It features a king size bed in the master bedroom and a trundle bed in the second bedroom. We also have a toddler bed/crib in the childs room adjacent to the master bedroom. There is a flat screen TV in each of the living room and the master bedroom that are equipped with the Amazon fire stick giving you access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney +, and Stars. Wifi is included.
There is room for up to 4 adults and one baby/toddler. We allow 1 dog under 25 lbs for a fee of $50 a night. There is a private, secure backyard for your pet. We cannot allow them in the main part of the farm as we have a cat and horses as well as our own dog.
The house is behind a secure gated entrance. The owners live on property. Please know we respect your privacy but are here to help in any way you need us.

Summary: We loaded everything in, then realized the cleanliness was not up to our standards. Got on with VRBO and they claimed it was okay to move out and we will get a full refund. We moved out at about 10:00 pm. Now, VRBO has backtracked on their refund and will not honor.

Summary: This house was perfect for us. The kitchen is spacious. The living room is cozy and warm. The windows let in natural light. The bedrooms are a great size. The fenced backyard provided a nice place to relax in the sun. Our two small dogs loved sitting in the back with us. The setting is like a dream. Fields of live oak trees with the horses grazing near by. It is very quiet and peaceful. Blaise and Courtney were the best hosts. They were accommodating, friendly, and kind. Plus the location is close to restaurants, a movie theater, and many Austin attractions.

Summary: The house is over-priced. The bed was very comfortable but the house is old and the bathroom shower showed its age with the shower water being difficult to turn off and there was no hair dryer. The owners were very friendly.
