Summary: We searched out place close to Lexington,we brought bikes to ride trail and explore downtown. Worked for us! Owner was happy to give ideas for great places to eat! Very clean, small kitchen and bath.

Summary: My wife, daughter, and I visited for a long weekend. This was one of the best mini-vacations ever. Steve and his family are amazing hosts and their cottage was perfect in every way. Our daughter LOVES horses and she gave the horses on the property treats every morning and every evening. She even had the opportunity to ride in the outdoor arena on the property with a thoroughbred trainer. The location is perfect for visits to Keeneland, Kentucky Horse Park, Lexington, and much more. The cottage was super clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for an amazing trip and we will definitely be back. Our daughter cried when leaving the farm and said it was the best weekend of her life.

Summary: We stayed three nights and the property was simply wonderful. Quiet, clean, safe, convenient, cozy, and fit all our needs. Summary: This is a Great place to stay,was so clean and beautiful decor western theme. The whole property was immaculate, beautiful flowers, yard well manicured. We had fresh flowers on table to enjoy, started our day with their beauty. Owners were the most friendly people,if there was anything you needed they were there. Got to give their beautiful horses mints ,which they LOVED!!!🐎 Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing your lovely house💐

Summary: The horses were good company, which was a huge perk at this property! Communication with the host was timely. There was no wifi, which was unclear from the online listing. Privacy was compromised due to close proximity to the host’s house.
