Positive: The location was beautiful. View was spectacular. The rooms are pristine.

Negative: We had wanted to book somewhere more central to Soiez as we didn’t have own transport and were travelling with a young child. Although the distance didn’t seem far it was difficult to find st night in the dark. Worth it the next morning but we were only there for one night.

Negative: One of shower hose was missing on 2nd Floor (on the top floor) and hot water was not run in night time. However another single unit shower room was available hot water on the same floor.

Summary: Thanks for your kind hospitality. We could park our vehicle at space near the facility (about 10m).

Positive: The view was great. That is the only saving grace.

Negative: Arrived 30 minutes before check-in, room was "not ready", and it was suggested that we leave our belongings in the shared bathroom. Hosts did not communicate safe use of transit (led to a very unsafe walk back at midnight with no street lights on one night). Unclear check out process led to overly aggressive communication about city tax. Overall poor communication by hosts. We were "the only guests" however many specific rooms were "unavailable" for "guests" that never came. Overpriced for the amenities, very tough to get to without a car (15 minute hike up a mountain road with no sidewalk).

Summary: Overpriced, over-serious hosts with a lack of communication.
