Positive: This house is located in a lovely residential neighborhood near downtown and excellent restaurants. The room is large and clean, the bed is comfortable, and the shower refreshing. We had access to the kitchen and morning coffee. There is plenty of parking and a large garden in the back with places to sit. Best of all, it is dog friendly - our little Chelsea loved it!
Negative: There is nothing not to like.

Positive: Wonderful guest house! The house is beautiful, spacious, and very cozy. We had our own private bathroom, a terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed — including an ironing board, iron, and hairdryer. The host was amazing and responded instantly to all our messages and requests, which made our stay very comfortable. Another big advantage is the convenient and spacious parking inside the yard. A perfect place to stay — we would definitely come back!

Positive: The downstairs had cool salon. The bathroom was clean. The backyard has pleasant areas to sit down and enjoy nature. I wish I had had more time to enjoy it.
Negative: I wish the doors shut more quietly. Maybe add rugs so it's quieter.

Positive: Good location, 15 min from EWR airport. Beds are large enough.
Negative: The shower was terrible, being either very cold or very hot, and it was very hard to control the temperature. This needs to be fixed! They also gave us the wrong room without bedsheets at first and then later corrected themselves. Please get it right the first time!
Summary: Good place, but broken shower ruined it.

Positive: This charming big house, with its lovely garden, was simple and clean. The room, featuring a private bathroom, was old and spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also spacious and adequate. Since the stay was only for one night, the rest of the house was not seen.
Negative: The stay was pleasant, though there were a few communication areas that could be enhanced for future guests. For example, it would be beneficial to have clearer instructions for accessing the garage, especially for late check-ins like mine at 9:30 PM, as the gate was locked. Additionally, a sign on the corridor closet door, indicating where fresh towels and extra pillowcases are stored and that the door should not be fully closed to avoid being locked, would be a valuable addition. Regarding noise, some morning sounds were heard around 7 am (chatter, movement, hairdryer), which is something that can occur in a shared accommodation
