Welcome to my home!

Algés Lexus is a luxurious apartment located on the coastal highway 8 km from the centre of Lisbon. It's 80 m2, in a modern building with a sea view balcony & 2 elevators. It is designed with open-plan dining and living areas. The living space features a double couch bed, a smart tv and a balcony where you can relax in the evening.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedrooms are furnished with a heavenly double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

NOTE: The apartment is on the 3rd floor. However, the lift and garage are not available at the moment.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the share amenities within the building!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Algés is a former civil parish in the municipality of Oeiras, in Lisbon metropolitan area, Portugal, just in the outskirts. A family-friendly area with shops that cover all the basic needs; there's also a beautiful beach here too!

Train: Algés train station to Cais do Sodre (city center) or to Cascais
Bus: 724 - to city center

Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property . Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
