This cosy apartment is right in the heart of Barcelona, just a short walk from top spots like La Pedrera–Casa Milà.
With simple furnishings this apartment comfortably sleeps up to 3 with a queen bed in one room, and a single bed in the other. You'll find inside a kitchen with the basics for home cooking, fresh towels and bed linens. There’s also a washer and iron if you need to do laundry.
Just a heads up: it’s on the 4th floor (5th by US count) with no elevator, so be ready for a bit of a climb. A special phone app is also needed to access the home so some technological knowledge is necessary. We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential.

With a 13 minutes walk to Joan Miró Park and an 8 minutes walk to Jardins de Magalí, you can peacefully relax and lighten your day. Sants station is an 8 minutes walk, and you can explore some of the city's most iconic landmarks, such as the breathtaking Sagrada Familia Cathedral and Guell's Park. Stroll through the La Rambla and explore the famous La Boqueria market for tasty "tapas".
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
