Positive: Was a great location for our trip and easy to figure out how things worked around the house and the email attachment for the appliances was a great guide when we had questions. No problems with the WiFi while there.

Negative: While there for a few days we used the oven for the first time (1/22) and when we turned it off it gave an error code. We tried a few different things, even looking up the error online, with no success. Contacted the rental office with our issue and they said they were contacting the repair company. Not sure how everything worked out there, but we were told there would be someone coming to the apartment on Monday (1/27) to check on repairs. No one showed up, but I received a message that the service person recommended replacing the oven and we should expect it on Thursday (1/30). I was there to let the workers in to replace the oven as agreed to and it appeared to work, but with little time remaining on my rental I didn’t use it. One of the reasons for the rental was to cook instead of taking out. Being without the oven for 8 days out of the 14 day rental was inconvenient, but things like this can happen. Just very unfortunate. Expected rental company to do something for the inconvenience, but heard from them only a few times after the initial contact.

Summary: Great stay in Guildford. Would rent again!
