Positive: The first thing that got me was the entrance driveway to the property and then you get a glimpse of the manicured gardens. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. As i was there alone it was just a chill out did not use the spa or have any food but from all the guests i spoke to there was not one complaint about anything. The staff are off the charts amazing, so friendly, so helpful nothing they will not do to make your stay as you want it to be. I will definitely return and indulge more with the facilities they offer. If you want to treat yourself or others then Guildford Manor i would 100% recommend.
Negative: There was nothing to dislike !! For me personally was a great place to re-charge.
Summary: Excellent 100% to everyone.

Positive: The Pool/Spa/Sauna facilities- all nice. Breakfast was good- I am vegan, they had alternative milk and vegan sausages. Location lovely- garden/views nice. Air conditioned room Staff friendly and helpful
Negative: No Lift- especially for my mum who can't manage stairs well, no rooms downstairs- advised basically all doubles. Fire alarm was right above the bed- flashing all night, not helpful with trying to sleep. An alarm went off at 01.00 and 05.00- which woke us up and didn't go back to sleep easy. Door to room didn't lock from inside- so had to put a chair up against it while we slept/for the night. Shame Breakfast was extra and not included with price- price of room a little expensive. Shower was a little difficult to use and bits coming of it.
Summary: It was a lovely hotel, just a few issues

Negative: The breakfast had a buffet but would be better off to cook individual breakfast for people since it was a bit overcooked.
