Summary: Starting with the good. It was in a great location for both Navarre and Pensacola beaches. There is a gas station right at the pull in that has a lot as well as a dollar store down the road. Only about 5 minutes, if that, from the Zoo. Lots of restaurants close. Felt safe in the area. Check in/out was one of the easiest rental experiences we’ve had. Everything we needed was provided. Plenty of towels, toiletries, trash bags, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, etc. We had everything we could need in cookware and then some. Fridge/stove/sink was clean. The furniture was nice and didn’t have issues with beds. That being said, there were a couple down sides to this house. The floors were not very clean and had large gaps in it in places like it wasn’t put in right. This allowed for more dirt build up in the gaps. I saw other reviews stating that the floor wasn’t clean and I thought maybe sand issues as it is Florida. However, that wasn’t the case. Very dusty and had dirt buildup along the baseboards. The bathtubs/toilets/places on the walls also needed cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen counters were clean though and were obviously wiped down before we got there. The living room furniture was not what was pictured in the listing. It was only one couch not facing the TV. It wasn’t comfortable to hang out in there so we hardly used it and didn’t at all as a group. This was part of why we chose this home so we could all be together out there so that was a little disappointing.

Summary: Our Stay was good. Location was great, beds were comfy. House was clean. Only complaint was the floors. Our feet were dirty from walking around on the floors barefooted. Kitchen wasn't very equip. No pot to boil pasta in. There was a small pot, but it was very small. (Too small to make pasta for my family or even if you wanted to make mac & cheese.) The house is very roomy. We had 8 people staying and had plenty of room. I'd stay again!

Summary: We were told that we could check in at three, when we arrived at three, the cleaning people were still there and the other site to check in on their times said we were supposed to check in until four. So that part was very confusing.. the floors were not cleaned it all like the bottoms of our socks were filthy black after walking around in there. There were dirty dishes put away with the clean dishes and a dirty rag in with the clean dishes. There was also bodily hair in the master bedroom with the bathroom, other than that it was a great stay!!

Summary: Our Daughter graduated in Pensacola and we turned it into a Family Vacation! Wonderful home with room for teenagers to spread out. We loved the Navarre Beach and how close it was to the house. We saw dolphins every day we were there….Sometimes within 6 ft of our kids swimming. That was super cool! We recommend this home.

Summary: First time renting a whole house for a vacation and it was amazing. The property was stocked with everything we needed to get us through the week. We had 8 people, two sets of adults and four teenagers (3 girls and 1 boy). Everyone had room and enjoyed the games and bogey boards left for them. We never made contact with the owner but we were given the information we needed if we had too. The owner has done an amazing job making a clean and fun place to visit. Thank you
