Enjoy the updated kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, solid surface counters, white tile floors and custom cabinets. Everything you need to create a great meal while enjoying the views of the water or chatting with your guests at the open breakfast bar. The dining area features a brushed silver mirror and seating for four. Relax on the modern sectional sofa while watching the flat screen TV or enjoying the ocean breeze. Gorgeous views of the Gulf from the large lanai with sliding glass doors that can be opened to let in the sounds of the waves. The master suite also has views of the Gulf, two full beds and a sliding glass door to the lanai. Relax in the large master bathroom with walk in tiled shower. Your guests and family will be very comfortable in the second bedroom with one twin bed and one double bed. The guest bathroom has a modern sink and walk in shower. Step out of the lanai and onto the beach! A perfect condo for a great beach vacation!

Summary: We have stayed at this location twice and will always go back! Clean, comfy and the beach/ocean right out the back door!!

Summary: This is our 2nd summer at sandy bend. We love the ground floor units because you have unbeatable access to the beach. The beach is quiet, only a few steps away, very easy to go and come back many times (a must if you are traveling with littles). We went in the mornings and left our umbrellas and chairs out all day, picked them up just once in the evening which made things very convenient. The pool is always empty so our kids could splash around daily without disturbing anyone. This unit is remodeled and very clean. Furniture could be upgraded a bit. The 2 smaller beds in the master bedroom were a bit of a disappointment, you would expect a king size for this type of apartment. Yes, they were shown in the pictures so we were aware, it’s just that they were smaller than we thought. Also the TV in the master bedroom was tiny (not bigger than a laptop screen). Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware etc. A suggestion: not enough hooks to hang wet towels to dry, and you have plenty of those daily (shower and beach). All in all, we loved our stay. But small changes can make this place a much better one especially for the price one pays. Keep in mind. You are paying for the location, which is priceless.

Summary: I wanted a condo close to beach. I didn’t want to drag thinks to beach for a long ways. And this was advertised as steps and truly it was. How nice to walk out patio door and a few steps we were at beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Clean and well maintained. My family would go back I made a good choice to stay there

Summary: This property was perfect. Extremely clean, updated kitchen and bathroom areas, beds were very comfortable and you couldn’t be any closer to the beach and the water. We had a fantastic time and hope to return some day!

Summary: First, the communication with the property management company was top notch. Any questions we had were answered super quickly. There is also an easy, safe, contactless check in. When you walk in to this property the view is amazing. One of this properties’ greatest assets is being able to walk out of the lanai directly onto the sand. And you are literally steps from the ocean!! We had everything we needed in the condo and truly enjoyed our stay. This little complex is amazing. Great location, great view, highly recommend!

Summary: This property exceeded our expectations It was immaculately maintained The communication with the property manager was great, they were super responsive. The location is amazing, walk out the lanai and your backyard is the beach and your neighbors are gopher tortoises. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the beach or from your lanai. Would DEFINITELY a stay here again!
