A mirrored swimming pool of 8 x 18 meters with an outside shower, a pool house that has an authentic stone BBQ/fireplace and a long dining table and chairs.
The villa offers 5 bedrooms, each with a bath or shower room attached. All rooms have air-conditioning.
You enter the villa through a courtyard with a lounge area. At the side of the courtyard is a TV room/office with a sofa bed.
The living room, with its open fireplace, opens onto a vast terrace with spectacular views. Adjacent to the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a round table for convivial moments.
This kitchen also opens onto a covered terrace with a large wooden table that can easily seat 12 guests.
Close to the pool and pool house, another terrace with a comfortable seating area, sheltered by parasols, invites to enjoy a breathtaking view of the garden and surrounding hills.
The master bedroom on the 1st floor has a kingsize bed (1.80 m wide), a TV and a full bathroom with a dressing area, and its own private terrace with an amazing view.
At the lower level of the villa there is a courtyard with a tennis table and a football table next to 2 bedrooms, one of which has 2 bunk beds which are great for children. From there, easy access, via an outside staircase, to the pool area.

From the garden, you walk to the tennis court, which can be lit up at night.
