Summary: I just returned from my third stay in Gulf Place, and once again, it did not disappoint! The townhouse was super clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic family vacation. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the area. The main bedroom was amazing, and the twin beds on the third floor were surprisingly comfy. Just a heads up: the two full-size beds have a futon quality to them, which might not be for everyone. We did experience a brief hot water issue, and although no one came to address it, it didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Very enjoyable and pleasant experience. Property was perfect for the 2 weeks we had planned. We will stay at this property again in the future - probably a little closer to the swimming pool, but definitely on this property. We have stayed in this property complex 2 times in the past. Very top-notch.

Summary: Good quiet location off busy beachfront streets. Great functional layout with lots of room and privacy. Easy to walk and bike to nearby restaurants, beach etc. Would book again!

Summary: The townhouse my family and stayed in for a week was beautifully decorated, well appointed, is located in a quieter section of Gulf Place and it's a short walk to several shops and restaurants as well as the beach access. I want to thank the young lady who cleaned our townhouse. She needs to be recognized for her outstanding work! You cannot go wrong with this rental.

Summary: Place was great and plenty of space. The only thing I would recommend is possibly adding food storage (I.e. Tupperware type containers). We take food to the beach everyday and ended up going and buying some. Other than this, it was perfect for my family
