This magnificent modern coastal home is a family's dream spot. It is conveniently located beach side in the secluded area of Money Bayou, FL. Just steps to the white sands of the Forgotten Coast.
With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths (one being outdoor), Stay Salty is ideal for multiple or multi-generational families traveling together.
Your dream backyard awaits! A large fenced in yard with brand new additions like a inground pool with the option to be heated, 50x20 putting green, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, fire pit, hammocks, and outdoor seating, this property offers everything you need for outdoor fun and relaxation.
The spacious carport is transformed into a relaxing retreat, featuring a top-notch grill perfect for cookouts and comfortable outdoor furniture where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh air.
Additional parking can be found in the front of the home featuring double driveways.There is also a cargo lift to help with all your luggage needs.
On the main level, the open-concept living space provides a large and welcoming gathering area for your entire group. The living room boasts comfortable seating and a large 70” 4K TV for a fun evenings’ entertainment.
On this level- the first bedroom has a queen size bed with twin trundle. The second bedroom has two full-size beds. There is a full size bathroom in the hallway. The third bedroom is the dazzling master suite — complete with a luxurious king-size bed, and balcony access. The spa-like ensuite master bathroom has a double marble vanity, free-standing soaking tub and walk in shower. Did we mention there’s also a TV in this bathroom?
Perhaps the most desirable feature is the private patios adjacent to each Gulf facing bedroom. Perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing, they each offer a quiet and romantic respite. A screened porch with cozy outdoor furniture and a hammock chair separates the two balconies.

There is also a Smart TV with a PlayStation. Perfect space for all the kids to hang out! The exterior steps are used to access this room that is separate from the main house.

Summary: Nice get away and great view of the ocean. Easy check-in and clean. Host responded quickly to questions we had during our stay. Would like to have had guest book that provided location of things in the house and instructions on how to operate the thermostat. Will definitely be back to this area.

Summary: It was great. So much to do. Plenty of room for all of us. Close to beach. Loved the screened in porch. Could sit there and see, and hear the waves break. It was great. It was wonderful vacation.

Summary: The stay was great. The house is as advertised. Very clean, seemingly newly renovated. A very short walk to the beach. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub and our 14 year old daughter loved the downstairs bedroom and was thrilled with an outdoor bathroom and shower. The beach is very pet friendly and you would never know that dogs were ever in the house. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: Great beach view front front covered deck. Pool was very nice for kids to cool down in and they loved the apartment on the bottom floor. They even like using the outdoor bathroom. Would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Summary: This property could not be more perfect. The downstairs portion for teenage kids to have a place of their own. This place has so much to offer: the volleyball court, the hot tub, the pool tvs every where. So much to do you almost forget you are at the beach…….until you look out the doors of the family room and two of the bedrooms and see that amazing view of the beach! This house has so many amenities beyond the above mentioned. Tons of kitchen items, you truly feel like you are at home. We will definitely stay at this place again and again!!!
