Summary: Small, cozy little cottage with a nostalgic feel. Nothing complicated, just the simple lake life of days past. Lots of lakeside windows to open and let the lake breeze drift through the house all day and there's nothing like the sound of the water gently lapping at the shore to ease the stress. Had everything we needed. Had one minor plumbing issue pop up, but a quick call to the owner and he had a professional over to fix it same day with almost no invasiveness and no hassles to speak of. Owner was very pleasant to work with and generous with his time when I had questions. This place grew on us very quickly and we were all very sad to leave. Definitely give it a shot of you are looking for quiet and cozy.

Summary: House was clean and included all of the kitchen and bath items you could think of! Barry was very responsive and easy to work with. One neighbor doesn't seem to appreciate having a rental next door as he wasted no time in laying down the rules within 5 minutes of our arrival. Everyone else around was very friendly!

Summary: House clean, everything you would need. Loved the location and the ability to playin clear water. We rented a pontoon and only problem no cleat to anchor to deck, but we were creative and found a way! Barry is great to work with, neighbors were nice.

Summary: Very nice and relaxing stay. Had a couple of small problems that the owner took care of. The water was a bit murky but very refreshing. About 30 yards out it was kind of mucky. The swim platform was good for sunning and boat/people watching.

Summary: We swam, kayaked, boated, grilled out and enjoyed s’mores over the fire pit. Of course, we enjoyed cooking and eating together and even used the A/C for a bit here and there. The location is superb! Barry was extremely communicative when we had a question for him. We had a great time!
