Positive: The breakfast was amazing the staff were also wonderful!
Negative: We were traveling with family and booked the family suite. The online photos and descriptions never said where the bunk beds were. After we checked in and got to our room we found out the bunk beds and the full size bed were in the same room. Wish this would have been communicated better online I never will book that room again. Also the room we were in has stains all over the couch and the chairs at the table were we could sit were very worn out, the covering in the seat was peeling off and there was no cushion left in the chair you could feel the bar supports under the seat when you sat down. I’ve stayed here before and have had wonderful experiences but this room we had was a bit of a disaster.
Summary: Great food great staff the room we were in needed some TLC.

Positive: The pillows and bedding were very clean and comfortable as was our room. There was a nice big parking lot with lots of restaurants to choose from within an easy drive.
Negative: There were only two coffee pods and one was decaf. Four pods would have been better; two regular and two decaf.

Positive: Very clean and spacious hotel. Beds were form and quite comfortable. Room was large enough to bring up two e-bikes for safekeeping. Room darkening curtains were effective. Parking was convenient.
Negative: The even-numbered rooms are facing the main drag through La Crosse that is quite busy with traffic. The traffic noise was loud enough to be disruptive to sleep. Had to use extreme white noise to counteract. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated but average at best and also with few options for people needing gluten-free fare.
Summary: Would stay here again, but only in odd numbered rooms facing the parking lot.
