Summary: The hotel was charming and rich in Latvian history. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting me with several requests, always with a smile, and truly going the extra mile. The hotel was spotless, and the location was absolutely brilliant.

Summary: The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. There was a great choice at breakfast and the rooftop restaurant was cosy, with great views, excellent staff and great food and wine.

Summary: Room was really nice. High ceiling and plenty of room. Location was excellent, in the middle of old town by a quiet street. Breakfast was good quality. Staff was helpfull and very kind.

Summary: The room was charming and very affordable during the peak tourist season. I had a lovely dinner at the rooftop restaurant (the salmon was excellent—the views were just as good!) Upon check-in, I advised the front desk that I needed to check out early due to a flight. Since I was missing the breakfast buffet, the hotel staff arranged that a sack breakfast be prepared for myself and my daughter. That was an unexpected and most welcome surprise. I’d stay here over and over.
