Positive: This place is just amazing. I will tell you honestly whenever you go our for trip psychology you understand you will be un hotel and its not like home. BUT!! Guzide hanim ( Hotel manager) and the vibes at this place made us feel like we came to other own home with full of emotions, positive vibes, comfort, delicious food and quality. Guzide (manager) was so kind and humble that we have made emotional bond with her. It was feeling that you dont want to leave this place because it become like other home for us. The breakfast was prepared with lot of love so very delicious. ( It was a feeling that mother will not let you leave home without eating healthy good food) so we have felt the same bonding here with eat breakfast prepared with lot of love. Thank you Guizde hanim and Dilek Hanim for making our stay ❤️ just beautiful memories in life. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 1000% LOCATION IS GREAT IN CENTRE, PARKING IS AVAILABLE, FOOD IS AMAZING AND POSITIVE ENERGY 😀. Whatever you need Guzide hanim ( manager) will resolve for you, help you best for any arrangement in city.

Positive: Stayed on my son's 33rd birthday. Received a complimentary upgrade for the room,a cake and also presents. The owner is chatty and friendly, making sure that we had a good time after each tour or excursion. I highly recommend the hotel purely on its location, however, the hospitality shown makes you feel like family.

Positive: The hotel is well located, very near from Goreme’s sunset point. The manager and staff are friendly and helpful. Our rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom is large with good water pressure from the shower (hot water). Breakfast is Turkish breakfast with good variety.

Positive: The hotel is very nice, lots of place to sit outsode in their yard and on the teraces. It is very well located just 5 min from the view point of the balloons and you find parking easy if you come with your car! The staff is great and very helpful :-)! Many thanks to Ali which has given us a lost of advices on what to do !!!

Positive: The staff were exceptional. Ali, the receptionist, help us with planning all our activities once we arrived . He was super kind and guided us throughout the entire trip. The breakfast was very tasty and much more than we expected. Dilek, the chef, was very kind and professional. Nesrin kept our room clean and stacked with refreshments (water, tea, coffee). The property was also nice. The floors were heated and the rooms were warm. We could see the air balloon from the terrace. We recommend booking the room with the terrace.

Summary: The highlight of our stay was the activities booked by the hotel.

Positive: The rooms were spacious and mostly clean with big toilets. The breakfasts were very tasty and the owners are great people. The beat thing that comes with living herę are views for a big part of Goreme. You can enjoy them with a cup of coffee or beer/wine.

Negative: A little drawvacks were the AC as it has worked a little weird and one of the bins on our rooms wasnt empty at the time of our arrival.
