Summary: Our visit to Git Chute Couette in Notre Dame du Portage exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were so nice and informative, and the little village is incredibly picturesque, with lots of historical panels (in French only, however) explaining the architecture and historical people (including former Prime Ministers) who had stayed there. The breakfast was lovely, and they were able to provide gluten-free options.
