Summary: Check in was smooth and professional by Damien. Parking on site. Walkable distance to some of the battlefield sites. Short walk to shops or easy to drive as well. Our room was a studio attic style. On the small side but fine for one night. Dinner was exceptional and chef Elysses and Aurelie served up the best steak and desserts we have ever had. Dinner service by Damien was also exceptional..we were well looked after. Museum were excellent. We bought the 1815 pass which was good value. More than happy with Hotel 1815.

Summary: Room was very nice, easy to find, and right on the battlefield so great for a history enthusiast. Breakfast was slightly pricey at €17 for a small buffet, but dinner at the restaurant was lovely.

Summary: The bedroom was very small - could barely get around the bed to the toilet !.And although the decor in the bedroom was ok , and the bed & linen were fine,the corridors, and outside etc were looking a bit shabby Breakfast was very poor for the 15 euros they changed each. Wifi was good & nice to be able to watch Amazon Very convenient for the Waterloo museum and plenty of private parking.
