Summary: There did not clean the fridge. There was a left over cola. They did not refill the shampoo. There was a bottle bit it was empty. There was also no extra toilet paper. After we request them, they put it into the room. But nobody knows English, so communication was really bad.

Summary: Small, local, independent style hotel. The facility was replacing it's hot water heater during our stay, we were called earlier in the day and advised we'd have no hot water, were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience. It's mid-summer so a quick, cold shower was acceptable. When asked, the front desk attendant advised us on how best to get to downtown Strasbourg by driving the short distance to Gare Hoenheim, parking for 4.20 Euro (4,20) which allowed up to 7 to take Tram B to downtown Strasbourg. It was an easy way to get to the heart of the city.

Summary: Fantastic! The hotel called and sent a message with instructions for a late check in. It was super simple! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! I would stay here again!
