Summary: I was in Europe for four weeks and by far this was the best hotel I stayed in! The staff was beyond helpful and friendly and the area is stunning, like walking into a fairytale. The breakfast is well worth the extra fee and the dinner menu is also very nice.

Summary: We were traveling with a dog. The hotel was so comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep. The bed and bedding really high quality The hosts were absolutely lovely and very welcoming. They called around to find us a dinner reservation where we could take the dog and we had a wonderful meal. Lovely hotel in a beautiful village with an excellent breakfast

Summary: A wonderful quaint hotel with lots of character. Wonderful setting, close to everything. Great service and hospitality. Parking very hard to find, plan ahead. I drove around side streets until I found a spot.

Summary: This is a great little two star hotel in a very pretty square in the heart of picturesque Ribeauville. The hotel is simple but comfortable and very authentic to Alsace. Very friendly and helpful staff and a traditional Alsace restaurant serving excellent Choucroute washed down by the delicious local wines. Breakfast is buffet style with particularly good croissants and baguette.

Summary: My family and I spent a couple of days enjoying the Alsace Christmas markets, and we were very happy to stay in Ribeauville. This hotel offered a nice experience. There is just something special about staying in a family-run hotel. First of all, the location is perfect -- situated in the middle of the old town. The hotel has a very comfortable restaurant with excellent regional cuisine. It also serves a very nice traditional breakfast. The particular room we stayed in was traditional European with basic amenities and could have used some minor repairs; however, I believe there are other room offerings that are higher quality. The hotel staff, most of whom I believe are part of the family, go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Summary: Nice old hotel in the middle of old town. Very friendly service and excellent breakfast. Good restaurant in the hotel and many others nearby.

Summary: Absolutely loved it. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the old town. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and accommodated our limited French. Dinner in the restaurant onsite was delicious, and reasonably priced. Overall a very positive experience and would happily stay again.
