Positive: Everything was beyond our expectations from the beginning to the end. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We celebrated Christmas and the birthday of our son and we struggled to find a cake, but Jean made sure to call the patisseries around from 6:00am to find one for us. After the dinner, the kitchen staff made sure the surprise was presented very well. The food every day was amazing and presented like in the 5stars restaurants. The location of the hotel provides the most spectacular views. It’s close to the slopes and tele-cabins, there’s also a free ski bus to take further up. The lounge is cosy with the fireplace. This place definitely stole our hearts and it’s we are already planning to visit in summer months too.

Positive: The breakfast was great, there was no choice for the evening meal, drinks at the bar were expensive.
Negative: The room could have been better, no doors on the wardrobe and no mirrors in the bedroom. The wet room shower flooded into the bedroom if used on full strength.
Summary: It was comfortable and the location was very good.

Positive: Good breakfast Comfy beds Staff at reception really helpful and able to organise lift passes and ski hire.
Negative: Food on half board for children really needs to be improved. Dry spaghetti or fries with dry chicken or burger - every day. We asked for something healthier but was told no. The hot tubs weren’t warm.
