Negative: Very small rooms, construction pile out front made accessing hotel difficult. Thin walls - heard neighbor guests talking plainly.

Positive: A stylish, clean and very pleasant hotel in one of the liveliest areas of Paris. Real gem for me after having some bad experiences in other hotels in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The AC is a lifesaver in the hot Parisian summer days and the handwritten welcome note is always a nice touch.

Positive: Pierre was a great help once we arrived early morning , location is excellent close to shops café and taxi , very clean and smell is great , I wish they enhance breakfast viaraites.
