Positive: The hotel is situated in a fantastic location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Large and clean boot/ski room.
Negative: Huge choice of food every day that covers all dietary requirements, so a little 'surprised' when an evening is devoted to just vegetarian choices! There are many vegetarian choices every night so why? The layout of the hotel prevents any quiet space. The seated areas are great, but if you want to just play games with your friends/family there is no space to do this as there was entertainment evert night, which is fine but it is very noisy.
Summary: Would definitely come back.

Positive: Hotel is ideal for what you pay, nothing overly fancy but you know that when booking. Rooms are small, but common for ski resort. had a nice mountain view. Lockers are handy, ski in ski out, ski lift outside the door, bus stop outside. It is a great location. We were half board, breakfast catered for Gluten free which was great, dinner didnt have as many options for gluten free. Different dinner options daily although we went out some nights for a change. Couldnt complain, seating area and bar also. Could be noisy at nights with people coming home, walls are thin. Wifi was good. Would return and stay again
Negative: Sheets and towels werent changed every day, and by the time we returned from skiing we couldnt find any to replace. they were probably replaced every 2 days. Not the worst and would still return

Positive: Location was excellent. Very close to lifts and easy to get to/from.
Negative: Cleanliness was poor. Crockery, cutlery and glasses were frequently dirty at restaurant service. Rooms were poorly cleaned and the housekeeping did not remove used plates/cups or food. Sheets not changed regularly enough. Staff were not well trained and unaware of some of their own policies or the kids club operations. Kids club did not run on weekends and that was not clear from the website. I received no pre-checkin pack or booking code to enable pre-checkin, which had crucial information, including the fact the reception would not be open most of the day we checked in, leaving us waiting for 4 hours!
Summary: Cheap and good location, but disappointed on the basic essentials you’d expect to make it a great stay.

Positive: Great location right on the slopes and with a lift almost built on the side. Also three minute walk to the centre/bus station/leisure centre. Friendly staff and entertainment at night and snacks provided when you come off the slopes
Negative: Downside is no pool and the spa is pretty much booked solid if you don’t book on day 1. Rooms are quite small and only one heater so we struggled to dry our ski gear and towels for 3 and the towels were only changed Tues and thurs. Also the ski room was very small and our boots didn’t dry fully. But do not let this put you off it’s a great place to stay

Positive: Perfect location, well organised ski/boot room etc.
Negative: The food was sufficiently poor quality that we chose to eat out at restaurants instead. The beds were not very comfortable.
