Positive: The staff were lovely, Had a great night's sleep, right next to the beach, free parking included and the breakfast buffet was great and all great value. Decor slightly dated but otherwise perfect for us.

Positive: Easy to find. Easy to access. Parked directly outside the room and one can enter via inner door or garden door. Briging in the luggage via the garden door is so convenient. Ground floor bedroom as I requested as I am partially disabled. Very nice restaurant a few yards from our bedroom where we had our evening meal and breakfast next morning.
Negative: Had to move one bed a bit to get through garden door but this is NOT a problem.
Summary: A very good find last year so we returned this year and will again in future.

Positive: We needed a hotel for one night near the port, and this was the “cheapest” option available. Positive aspects: • The location was perfect for what we needed. • Huge parking area. • The receptionist who welcomed us was very kind, and the staff at the adjacent restaurant were truly amazing. • The restaurant itself was very nice; the Aperol Spritz and beer were excellent, as well as the charcuterie board. Prices were also reasonable, which is surprising for a port area. • The room was very basic, but I wasn’t expecting more, so that was fine. • The bathroom had only a single soap for both body and hair and just two towels, but I appreciated the hairdryer. So, all in all, it was acceptable. • The Wi-Fi in the rooms worked very well.
Negative: Though, not that cheap, considering we paid €60 for one night without breakfast. The room was not clean – we found hair in the bathtub, and the “Do Not Disturb” sign was sticky. • The corridor had a TERRIBLE smoke smell. It made me feel really sick, as the smell even entered the room. • The door didn’t feel very secure – you could only pull it shut, but there was no way to properly lock it from the inside. • The hotel is a bit old, but nothing too dramatic. It’s great if you just need a place to stay for one night before taking the ferry the next day. I would stay here again… but they really need to fix the smoke smell because it was overwhelming and completely unacceptable for non-smokers.
