Positive: Location was brilliant, extremely clean and nice rooms
Negative: The spa and gym both needed refurbishment and came at an extra cost - which is not satisfactory for a spa hotel. The spa booking system was also incredibly limited and inflexible - and the staff were also rather rude.

Negative: TV was completely disconnected on arrival and we had to call for assistance Shower in the bath is a cumbersome arrangement No view from room Rather distanced reception from staff, who had to ask if we had stayed there before (we had, so no reward for loyalty) Expensive as room only stay for January (low season) No frills offered (one bottle of water!)

Positive: Hotel was very central. Underground parking was just opposite. The room was small, clean and sweet with a lovely surrounding patio and a good sized bathroom. The view from the patio was amazing. We were on the 4th floor. Location was prefect and we went by walk everywhere. Definitely a hotel to go to again.
Negative: Would have been perfect if they had free parking available for hotel users.
