Positive: The history and the position. The minimal staff, one woman on the desk at a time, was very courteous and helpful. There is a lift.
Negative: The room was very small and lacked any amenities. There were no fridge, kettle, no extra pillows, no glasses or mugs and insufficient power points. The strong smell of frying fish from the restaurants below the window meant that we had to keep it closed till about 2 AM, and the air con was set to heat only.
Summary: I won’t be going back. Never go to Collioure on a holiday week-end. More crowded than I would have thought possible.

Positive: Excellent location of hotel close to beach, lighthouse, neighbouring beaches, castle, restaurants and lovely narrow streets of village. Lovely view of the castle from our room. House cleaning was excellent. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Recommend dining at "La Cuisine Comptoir".
