Positive: room was good size and comfortable but not the ground floor room as requested . breakfast was good.

Negative: on arrival the receptionist was offhand and told us that the dining room was full due a function. he gave me a list of restaurants in town, a drive away but the hotel car park was already filling up for the function. why wasn't I informed about the function and lack of dining facilities by email before arrival. He just didn't care. my disabled wife and i managed to walk to a nearby hotel for a meal. on return the car park was overflowing so i was glad i hadn't taken my car out.

Summary: okay hotel but staff need some customer care training.

Positive: Room was large and bed very comfortable

Negative: We were only told day before our arrival and only because I confirmed booking, that our dog was not allowed in restaurant if breakfast room so they would not be able to accommodate us for meals. The hotel kept telling me I had already been told this at booking but I had not. If you are after a dog friendly hotel, this is not it.

Positive: Great location.

Negative: We drove to the hotel in the evening and tried to have dinner, but the waiter refused to seat us because the restaurant was full. However, the next day, when we checked out, they attempted to charge us for a dinner at the restaurant. In the end they realized that we hadn’t actually had dinner there. And they actually mixed up our room invoice with someone else's.

Positive: Spacious room , Nice view from the room , Lovely environment, Clean room, Clean swimming pool and Lovely staff.

Negative: It says it's a non smoking hotel but it is a smoking hotel. People smoke and there are ashtray on each balcony and outdoor tables which was very unpleasant as I had to close my windows to stop the smell coming in, early morning and evening. Pillows are really old and hard and not comfortable at all. There is no air conditioning
