Summary: Overall nice rooms and property. But AC was essentially non existent. We were asked to downgrade the room since the AC in our room was not working well. Even in the other room we could barely feel the AC. Not a great experience if you’re coming in summers, but otherwise fine. Staff was helpful.

Summary: I am still waiting to get reimbursement on a deposit of 150 euros they took when we arrived at the hotel. When we checked out the employee didn’t see in their system this deposit. He couldn’t retrieve it in system. He took a picture of the credit payment of 150 euros and told me he would speak to his manager and not to worry it would be credit back in credit card. It,s been 48 hours and not credit has been done. I sent an email to the hotel yesterday as a reminder nothing happen

Summary: A wonderful hotel with excellent, attentive staff. I will stay here again. Nice neighbourhood within walking distance of lots of sights, restaurants, and shops. Room was immaculately clean and decorated in a lovely style.

Summary: Good location Nice staff The most tiny room I’ve ever been Avoid if you are claustrophobic Can barely walk around the bed… Should be a 3 star hotel

Summary: This was a beautiful hotel. I don’t know if I expected different but the room size was tiny. We did have to keep our luggage on the balcony. But overall, the hotel was beautiful and classy.
