Positive: There was room to park our van and utility trailer. We were able to get rooms near to each other. There was a mini fridge in the rooms. We were finally able to get a mattress on the floor for the extra person.
Negative: We hadn't been contacted in advance to tell us that they didn't have cots available. (We had three adults, one with a disability and three kids. The three kids had to share the room. We were told that, if they didn't confirm our request of an extra cot, then that meant they didn't have one. This is not how things should work. We should be contacted if they CAN'T fulfill our request. The only staff member on site spoke only French and didn't understand our French. She was covering the reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant. It took an hour from when we arrived until we were finally got our rooms. She had to call someone who spoke English to talk with us on the phone. We ate in the restaurant. Even though there was only one other party there, it took over an hour for the waitress to come back to us to tell us that what we had ordered (poutine) was not available as they were all out of French fries. She should have told us that within 10 minutes of our placing the order, not an hour later. So supper was extremely late being served as we had to order something new. She was not very friendly; it was like we were an imposition in her day. And the cost of 2 rooms at $371 was very high for a 2.5-star motel-like facility. We will definitely not be staying there again and will not recommend the facility to anyone.

Positive: The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. It looked like it had been recently renovated and painted. The accommodation is very secure with a combination locked door and a key lock on the room door. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food is excellent. The serving portions are plentiful. We would stay there during a future trip.
